Please read these terms. By using buttstuff.app or the Butt Stuff app, you agree to them. Butt Stuff is provided by Had A Farm LLC ("we", "us"), based in Arkansas, USA.

Butt Stuff provides general fitness and exercise information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance.
- Talk to a qualified health professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with any heart, joint, or other health condition.
- Exercise carries inherent risks. You take part at your own risk.
- Stop right away and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress. Do not push through sharp or joint pain.
- Trainers that touch on joints, balance, or recovery, such as Knee, Balance, and Foam, are general guidance only. They are not rehabilitation or treatment.
You are responsible for exercising within your own limits.
The app and your purchase
Butt Stuff is a web app. The Butt Stuff trainer is free. You can unlock the other 17 trainers with a one-time purchase of $6.99, or the current listed price. The unlock is for your personal, non-commercial use. We give you a license key so you can restore your unlock on your own devices. Please keep that key to yourself. Sharing or reselling it is not permitted.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. The unlock is a single charge with no subscription and no recurring fee. Because it is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds work like this: if something is not working as described, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
What you may not do
- Copy, extract, redistribute, resell, or republish the app or its content.
- Share or resell license keys.
- Attempt to access paid content without buying it, or otherwise interfere with the service.
Ownership
The app, its design, content, and trainers are owned by Had A Farm LLC and protected by law. Buying an unlock gives you a license to use the content. It does not transfer ownership of it.
Availability and "as is"
We work to keep Butt Stuff running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Had A Farm LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of the app or your exercise activity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If we make a significant change to the terms, we will update the date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use Butt Stuff after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
